Cat called as juror

An unusual incident in the U.S.: cat "Tabby Sal" 
was convened by a court as a juror.

Even as the owner Anna Esposito told their pet could "speak and understand no English, was informed it that" Tabby Sal "still on a mandatory process 23rd March had to appear, reported the British newspaper The Telegraph. Anna Esposito had their explanatory letter enclosed with even a letter from her veterinarian who certified that it is "Tabby Sal" a neutered short hair House cat act.
