While not as fragile as the crumbly Pavlova or a dainty chocolate soufflé, the doughnut is a delicate dessert with its light, airy texture and its essential, but flimsy circular shape. Though a dozen doughnuts are easily protected by the cushioning of the bakery box, transporting a single pastry is a dangerous game - the risk of squashed doughnut is always imminent.
That is until now. A Japanese company, has invented Doughnut to Go, a lightweight doughnut carrying case complete with a ventilation system and a "security lock hole" for use with a padlock for thorough doughnut defense. The plastic receptacles are available in range of fun mix and match colors and are dishwasher and microwave safe.
One word of warning, Doughnut to Go only works with "Orthodox style donuts," meaning hole-free jelly donuts and bear claws are incompatible - bagels, however, could work just fine.

Just look at all those features: lollipop stand, a hole for a lock -- and, what's this -- a passive ventilation system?!
