PETA Ad Warns That Going Vegan May Cause You To Be So Good In Bed You'll Hurt Your Girlfriend

Did you know that becoming a vegan will turn a man into such a sexual powerhouse that his girlfriend will require a neck brace? That is the message from a new PETA ad that has drawn reactions ranging from "haha" to "abuse is not funny."
The ad — scroll down to watch it if you want — is a spoof of downbeat public service announcements. It's supposed to be about a little-known syndrome known as BWVAKTBOOM, or more precisely, "Boyfriend Went Vegan and Knocked the Bottom out of Me... a painful condition that occurs when boyfriends go Vegan and can suddenly bring it like a tantric porn star."
The woman in the commercial is walking around town wincing and sporting a neck brace, only to come home to an undies-sporting boyfriend — presumably one who now eschews meat and leather — who has been fixing a hole in the wall — presumably one put there during the throes of passion — while she has been out shopping for veggies.
While some have accused the commercial and PETA of laughing about abuse — or at least implying that good sex should result in the woman requiring medical care — a rep for the group says, "the piece is tongue-in-cheek. People who watch the ad all the way through see the woman has a mischievous smile. She's happy to go back with him. It's playful."

Watch and decide for yourself.
